We don't save your store's orders and customers data on our servers.

EDIT YOUR ONLINE STORE

This includes: script tags in your Online Store.

We use the personal or individual information we gather from you and your clients in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Further, we use this one's own information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products.

We do not and will never divide , disclose, rent, or otherwise provide private information to other third parties for the marketing of their own products or services.

Still, we may also share your private Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We receive the store data information from Shopify platform through Shopify API and Shopify Hooks.

Our retention practices are: for the store owner, data is stored in our app databases and is stored as long as the store owner continues using the app; when the store owner uninstalls the app, the data is deleted.

For order hook, all private data is deleted as soon as the app receives the order hooks; no private data is keep for this kind of information.

For application logs, data is gathered for application analyzing, monitoring and security purposes, and is kept in 3 months.

The IP is converted to the geo-localization data of state and country and the IP is delete after that process. No IP address is stored in our app databases.
